Early Registration Discount Policy

Our policy is quite simple...

Register AND PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT for your Ninja Camp by the deadline to receive your discount.

That's it.

Special Note for Those Making a Deposit...

Please remember that your deposit for Ninja Camp is NON-REFUNDABLE. It may, however, be applied toward another camp or training event, as long as you notify us within 14 days of the event date that you cannot make it. Any cancellations after that CANNOT be honored because we will have already paid the facility for your meals and lodging. (Sorry but, this is the facility's policy - not WCI's)

ALSO...

Your deposit DOES NOT lock in the discount rate. The balance of your Camp fee MUST be paid No-Later-Than the date listed for the early discount. WCI incurs significant additional costs as the camp date approaches, and as a result, we cannot absorb these costs ourselves.

Any remaining balances may be paid by calling WCI at (570) 988-2228 or by returning to PayPal at www.paypal.com and following the links to "Send Money."

REMEMBER...

We REALLY DO want EVERYONE to receive the discount. BUT, it is up to YOU to insure that you do what you must to get it.
