In this video, I'll be discussing a question that I often get from people who are worried about learning self-defense, but without having to spend years in training before they can actually do something. I can certainly relate to this from my background in law enforcement.
I believe that, at its core, this question comes out of the confusio that I talked about in the first video. And the truth is that you shouldn't have to train for years BEFORE you can actually protect yourself.
